Antique Jewelry Metal Casket High Relief Jennings Brothers JB 2555. Based on research, we believe the jewelry casket was made around the very late 1800's or early 1900's. It has a royal purple velvety interior. The box is approximately 8 5/8 inches long and 4 inches wide. It stands on four little legs and is a touch under 3 inches. It has a scene of the top lid depicting musicians, small animals a horse and people sitting around with trees in the background. It does show normal wear and dents on the bottom that cannot be seen . One of the feet slightly bent but no effect on its standing. We shops have not polished and have left the piece alone since purchase years ago in antique store out West.
