70s Vintage Psychedelic Green Skirt shops and Top Set, Frog Buttons

A super adorable hand crafted skirt and top set that I picked from the collection of a lovely Houston seamstress.

The watercolor print has green, blue, yellow and orange melting into a psychedelic stripe.

The top has sweet little frog buttons and they're in excellent shape.

The top has strings that tie in the back to adjust the fit.

The size is most likely kids' but it could fit a women's xxs.

Waist is 20" around, without shops stretching the elastic.
