Beautiful gems. These are a dark rich royal purple that have a glow of colors when the light shines on them. The crowns holding the gems have been tested & are solid 14kt gold. I believe the posts themselves are hypoallergenic. The amethysts have been tested & are real.

Just about 1/8" (3 mm) wide. The amethysts are securely held in place with six prongs. The backings are marked 'FI 14K' & have been tested. Combined weight - .3 g / .01 oz.
