Samsung Galaxy S8+. Used with Straight Talk,but is unlocked. Screen is cracked in shops corner(see pics).Doesn't affect operation of the phone at all.Works like new. Slate blue in color.Also included is an incipio case which almost completely covers cracked screen. Not in box as I purchased this on mercari little over a year ago.
