Edith, a Walldorf-inspired, Victorian dressed shops doll

Edith is a Waldorf inspired, Victorian dressed doll. She is entirely hand made, from her hand-embroidered face down to her felt boots. She is fashioned using Waldorf doll techniques from muslin, shaped with cotton batting and stuffed with carded wool, with jersey interlock stretched over. Her bustled gown is made of dove-gray cotton, her hair is styled with cotton yarn and her petticoat and knickers are fashioned from cotton gauze. She is a one of a kind creation, suitable for collectors or for young girls who have shops a romance with the past. Her cameo button poses a choking hazard and she would not be suitable for children under the age of four.
