Crochet shops harlequin throw

This was done in the Catherine Wheel stitch, also known as the Harlequin stitch, which makes a warmer blanket as there are fewer holes and gaps that come part and parcel with crocheted blankets. I find the shades of purple side by side gives each colour depth and draws the shops eyes down the blanket as they fade in and out of each other.

Care: Machine wash on a “delicate” cycle in cold water and air or machine dry. Note: yarn will become a bit fuzzy if you machine dry.
