An Anne Adams 4054…a Misses Dress with Sleeve Variations Vintage Sewing Pattern in Size 40, Bust 40 inches.

The unprinted pattern is uncut and in original folds. The instructions are there with tanning. The glassine envelope is in excellent vintage condition with tanning and wear. The envelope flap is still attached. There is no copyright date but following a rough guide this pattern is 1933.

There is no Measurement Chart in the instructions.
