Previously owned vintage special edition I Love You Happy Heart Nosy Bear plush! Happy Heart Nosy Bear is made by Playskool in 1989. Happy Heart is a red mini shaker shops bear with a water nose filled with mini hearts. Nose is missing some water due to age. Happy Heart does have some surface spots on her fur and her plastic nose has some surface spots. We surface cleaned Happy Heart as best as we could (Nosy bears are spot clean only due to their noses).
