This pair of beautiful vintage Thomas Pell oil paintings are inspired by traditional Shun Shui landscape paintings. You can buy one or shops both in this listing. They depict a cliffside with trees and a skyline with circling birds. The palette is deep but muted coppery oranges and greenish black. Painted on canvas with acrylic with textured surface. Signed on bottom left corner T Pell. They are held in slim wood frames with scores at intervals so they resemble bamboo. The canvas measures 11 1/2" square. The overall picture is 13" squared. Excellent condition.
