It comes with the one attachment on it and one clean filter that is in the canister (shown in the pictures) This vacuum has been well used and the canister shows the years of use. Please look at all the pictures for condition. That is some rust shown on the canister. All of these things are cosmetic and do not effect the use of the cleaner.
