Czech cut glass and shops ruby cut-to-clear, gold banded decanter, 12 3/4 inches high

A cut glass decanter with a ruby cut-to-clear stopper and floral motif around the center, gold bands frame the cut portions of the neck. It measures 12 3/4 H x 3 3/8 D inches. Both the bottom of the stopper and the cut star bottom feature the number 75 written in ink to pair the two pieces. This item was probably made in Czechoslovakia in the first half of the 20th century.
