Van Briggle fighting horses @ 12" x 12”. Colo. Spgs. Hand written in the clay plus shops the 2 logos. Long known for their early turn of the century arts and crafts pieces, it looks like an experimental piece from the 50s. The glaze seems to be consistent with the later Anna Van Briggle period. I've never seen another one ,but if you have, I'd certainly appreciate hearing from you. Condition grade A-. Pict 11 shows a glaze skip as the only flaw I could find. No aftermarket damage.
