Royal Blue Long Sleeve Shirtwaist Dress with Gorgeous shops White Cording Detail on Collar and Pearl Buttons, by Karin Stevens, Size 10

This is shops a gorgeous jewel-tone sapphire blue dress is one of my favorite dresses I've found. It has lovely white cording embellishment on the collar, as well as puffed sleeves and pearl buttons up the front. The rayon fabric gives it excellent drape and weight, (perfect for twirling). The front waist band is well secured with both the button and two small snaps and also has a small elastic section in the back, for some fit flexibility and comfort.
