New shops Orleans Map Illustration

New Orleans is known for its vibrant live music scene and spicy cuisine reflecting its history as a melting pot of French, African and American cultures.
I have taken a visual tour of the City, exploring the music, food, architecture, the Mississippi River with its famous steamboat, alligators and crayfish, as well as museums, Mardi Gras parades and Voodoo culture.
This design was created in layers of hand paper cut stencils, which were then scanned in and coloured to create these bright limited edition giclee prints.
