I love the bright yellows, blues and pinks of the buildings. This looks to date to the 1970s or possibly 1980s. It is signed Ruth Potash at lower right. Really cool piece of modern art. It comes unframed. Condition: The painting is in very good condition. There is some mild staining, particularly at upper right. There is also a small slit along the right edge of the canvas. Slit should be covered when framed. Measurements: Painting measures 20 inches wide x 16 inches high.
