An American straight pull corkscrew, 5", turned hardwood handle, steel shank fitted with a cast steel cork grip, bladed worm, good condition, not so common, once you screwed the worm all the way into the cork the grip wedges will grab it and make shops it turn in the bottle neck, that's when you pull!
