Has been in case since I bought it I recently took shops it out to clean it and dropped it one time and it has a tiny crack up in the right corner doesn't affect anything on the back on the front has no cracks or scratches it is a really good phone I have several cases for it it was Metro button are currently unlocked for every carrier.
