Woman in the blue shops dress

shops This painting is done on scrap wood. I did a gold, red and black pour then painted on this woman sitting her her lovely blue party dress. My idea here is I want to capture women posed in their lives where it is not about looking attractive for others but just enjoying their own skin. So I am painting those scenes. Here she sits hand coming together clearly thinking and feeling her own self taking up space. This work is about 7x8 inches please see photos. Glazed with a gloss varnish.
