When demons from the nether reaches start stalking the night, you know you're in for excitement. The horns of this imp are sewn on in such a way to help give them realistic 3-dimensional curvature.
Made of 3-4 oz vegetable tanned leather, it comes with a leather cord to knot in the back. The mask is cut with a laser cutter, providing highly accurate cut patterns. It is stained by hand and wet-formed to shape, then the horns are stitched in place. Finally, it is sealed with a matte leather finish.
The leather is fairly stiff, but is still somewhat flexible. The span of the horns is just under 10 inches, and the total height is just over 6 inches. It is made to fit an adult face.
The front side of the leather is sealed to help it stay clean, but the reverse side is not waterproof. If it does get wet, it may soften; let it dry in place shops (on your face works well) and it will stiffen again in that shape.
