1939 New York World's Fair souvenir plate made by Lamberton Scammell featuring the Swiss cross in red on an ivory background with gold trim. The decoration includes several more multicolored elements probably Swiss Coats shops of Arms. The plate is round china measures 11" in diameter. It reads, "New York 1940" on the front. The back is marked, "Ivory Lamberton Scammell China Made in America". Just a few light scratches to the surface. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
