This Leviton green vine porcelain bundle is in good condition with one exception noted. One of he single light switch covers has a small chip on shops one side and a crack visible on the back from the edge to the switch hole. The plate is sturdy and is not falling apart an is usable. This bundle consist of one double light switch plate, three single light switch plates and two electrical outlet plates. Some of the screws are available but most will come with out them.
