I have an Apple Watch Series 4 stainless steel model 44mm with sapphire glass but it has a crack through it. Glass still works perfect fine. I've had a tempered glass shops screen protector since the crack has happened. Watch still holds for a full day and comes with the white sport band! Crack is hard to tell in picture but I've had no issues with it. This is the cellular model! Feel free to ask questions.
