Lenox DeVilbiss Perfume bottle with atomizer.

I think this would be filled with an Eau de Toilet, a less potent mix of your perfume.

The base reads... DeVilbiss Lenox Made in the U.S.A. and an embossed numbers 2814
This perfume bottle measures 3-3/4" tall and its widest parts measures 2-1/4" shops
The green stamp was used from the 30s through the post war 50s and then was replaced with the more common gold.

The rubber atomizer bulb is in good condition, is still pliable and reforms after squeezing.
Glass rod is intact, though there is perfume residue on the metal.

I found a set with this bottle and a squat round both with atomizers suggesting it was sold as a set.

There is additional "tall" bottle with a crystal stem with a ball end for full perfume.
