In great condition for it's age of 177 years. It measures approx. 6" x 4", it has light expected surface wear on hard covers, bumping of corners & edges, gilt lettering is still good condition, some faded spots, spine is tight, pages are intact & smooth, sporadic spotting & foxing throughout, the frontispiece has a tear toward the spine, it is inscribed in pencil in the front & back from Annie's Mother as a gift for her daughter!
