Red Dragon Vase Handmade shops Pottery

This one-of-a-kind vase will be a topic of discussion when guests spot it on your dining room table or seated on the mantel over the fireplace. The body was handmade on the potter's wheel. The handles were slab rolled and the texture on top of the handles was created by shops extruding clay slip through an icing decorating nozzle. The four far-eastern style dragons were transferred to the bisqueware from rice paper decals. The rim was decorated with red flower rice paper decals. Felt pads have been mounted to the base to allow ease of mind in moving the piece without the possibility of marking of your shelves or tables.
