Vintage Napco December Elf Pixie Christmas Tree Bell Figurine shops Japan 1950's Rare

Very cute and rare Christmas tree bell of elf/ pixie sitting on a tree. He Is part of a rare set that includes six pink and blue elves sitting on trees. He has no repairs but does have generalized crazing. Please view the photos carefully. He measures 3 inches tall, by 2 inches wide. Very hard to find piece!
