New in box, but box got torn. See pics. On bottom of building/track looks like a scuff. I'm not sure if the wood came that way or from when the box was torn. No issue with anything else. Everything else still wrapped up and never removed. Please view all pics of condition of box. Price reflective of shops damaged box.
