It has white Hires on both sides and both ends are marked " Property of Hires" it also has makers stamp on both ends. It wS made by Metal Carrier Corp. GRAND Rapids Michigan. Thr rack measures 11.5" shops x 11 5"and 3.5"tall ( 8.5"tall with handle in upright position. Very good condition with minor rust spot.
