The necklace is from the wonderful and iconic Tiffany & Co designer Elsa Peretti as part of her beautiful 'Full Heart' collection.
The full heart pendant hangs on a 42 cm chain, the heart is a concave design at the front and is marked on the back with all the relevant Tiffany & Co authenticity markings. There are also markings on the two small plates on either side of the clasp.
