Vintage 1970s black and white polka dot dress in a lightweight cotton voile. Scoop neck and back with self tie shoulders. Fitted bust and waist with a triple tiered hem that gives some volume to the skirt. A slightly more fitted solid black underskirt and full bodice lining. Polka dot fabric is semi sheer but dress is not sheer due to the lining. Zips up the back.
