This classic Hot Rod  Ford Coupe was and still is a favorite amongst classic car enthusiasts who "Hot Rodded" these classic cars in the 50's. This one was a favorite with "greasers" who were the backyard mechanics who put their passion and hard work into customizing these cars, using parts from the local "Speed Shop" they would "trick out" the engines and bodies for better perfromance and speed. Cruising shops to the local Drive-in for a burger in one of these was and still is a thrill. The Blue Top Drive-in is a famous stop for car shows in Highland, Indiana.
