Each plate measures 11 inches in diameter; plates can be used as large dinner plates or chargers. 22K gold filigree over bright green border (this is a hard-to-find color). Ivory china with a floral bouquet center. Gold rim. Back of plate is stamped in green “Homer Laughlin, Made in USA” with the HLC logo above it. Also, in green – “40 N 5.” “Warranted 22K Gold” is printed in gold. Previously owned and gently used; no chips, crazing or cracks. On very shops close inspection, I could see some tiny defects associated with the plates being 80 years old – light surface marks. On one plate, there was a pin-point color dot under the glaze from manufacturing. These plates are incredibly beautiful. Discontinued, hard-to-find pattern. Handwash to preserve gold.
