Brookhurst Made this uniform dress specifically for United Airlines for its Stewardesses (Flight Attendants) to wear back in the 1990s. Brookhurst produced a lot of uniforms for various companies but now appears to be defunct. This coat is a size 8, which is more like a Medium/Large in modern sizing. It could be a warm coat, but its special history would make it great shops as a costume or for cosplay. We were fortunate enough to hear from someone who used to work for United who had this to say about this style of dress although not this specific dress: "I wore it in 1997 it was the 2nd dress from the original uniform . The uniform had many changes different parts over the years we were in over 20 years it came out in 1990.".
