This is a 1940s era Schuco wind-up toy “MADE IN U.S. ZONE GERMANY” (imprinted on underside of toy). Toy WORKS VERY WELL. The mohair is pristine. The toy shows no wear at all! Both of its glass eyes are in perfect condition, and it's nose and little red tongue are in perfect shape. The scotties's “tartan” sweater is not faded. Toy is in exceptional condition considering it's at least 80 years old! Approximately 5” long and shops 3” tall.
