Product code: *Parts Or shops Repair -- Power On* Lot Of 2 Sony PlayStation 3 PS3 Console System
Each system has been tested and powers on but they have issues. There are no wires, controllers, hard drives, games, accessories, etc. included. CECH-3001A *No video output. *Difficult to eject discs. It was opened by someone else. I do not know if any repairs have been attempted. I took off the top cover to clean the inside. I did not tear it down so it may be dusty/dirty underneath other components. I tried cleaning the fan but it's still a bit dirty. CECH-2501B *Disc drive not working. It will not accept discs and will either make a clicking noise or do nothing at all. *The power button works but the buttons shops don't make a beeping noise when pressed. I opened the system to investigate the disc drive problem. It was very dirty and had dead bugs inside. I removed the components to clean the items with rubbing alcohol. I did not remove the motherboard from the chassis so it may still be dirty under it. The disc drive was opened and I found a penny inside. The problem still persists.
