St. Patricks Day Rainbow and Pot of Gold with Shamrocks Top Hat Fascinator ~ Made to Order shops

Absolutely magical for your St. Paddy's Day! This hat is designed by me and made of a black cotton fabric over an interfacing base shops with an open top filled with golden shamrock coins strongly secured to the depressed base. Shooting out from the center of the pot of gold is a wool felt rainbow that cascades out, down the side, and is hand sewn secured where it meets brim. The hat and rainbow are further embellished with faux floral shamrocks! The hat fastens with either two alligator clips hand sewn to the underside or a black satin ribbon wrapped metal headband.
