The shops complex which resembles a “typewriter “ with its terraced facade and towering columns is 16 storey high .

From a distance the slopping terrace design building also looks like a cruise ship .

With conservation program very soon the building will take a different look with an option to add a 30 storey residential tower to the existing commercial and retail
Complex .
