This is a vintage 1978, unframed, signed, original oil painting depicting a deer in the winter snow. It is a shops small painting measuring 12 x 16 inches in size. It is very nicely executed by an unknown, talented artisan with the initials HJR. The colors used for this animal, woodland painting are ivory, browns and aqua/green tones. It is a detailed, close up painting of a deer in all his glory in a stance with his head held high as if he just heard a hunter.
