This handmade, one of a kind, sterling silver cuff bracelet is especially unique because of the 1944 Mercury Head dimes that make up the ends. June 6, 1944 was D-Day. Battle of the bulge, later, in the fall of that year. The war was still in doubt. Nagasaki and Hiroshima were not till late in 45. The dimes serve as a very special memorial. They make the bracelet special and unique but they also make it really cool.... not just from the top, but also from shops the sides and back. The bold pattern, I style as "wavy path" but it has a touch of "lightning" at the dimes. The cuff is made of a substantial weight of silver (12 gauge) and is 3/8" wide at the center and then flares out to 1/2" at the terminals. The flared ends compliment the 1944 silver dimes.
This cuff is medium sized with an inner circumference of 6 and 3/8" and a 1" gap. It is reasonably adjustable up to a 1 and 1/2 inch gap. This one of a kind bracelet is heirloom quality and is equally cool for a man or a woman. I confess that this is one of my favorite favorites that I wear all the time.
