Device will only work with SEGA devices without the SNES adapter Included is the box, manuals, sega genesis adapter for model 1 & sega model 2 via adapter plug (included), vr headset, and power plug for unit. This is a spare boxed unit I have kept in case my personal unit fails. I have tested this unit on sega cd, sega 32x, sega genesis and snes with my own personal snes adapter (not included) It was very hard to get a picture of this working because the headset is a literal 90s LCD TV with a magnified viewing lens that sits on your face. The headband and adjusters are fully intact and functioning. Both speakers are functioning. Brightness/saturation/volume/sensitivity dials work. Unit has 3 extra sliders that correlate to A B & C on the remote (functions like turbo etc) **Genesis/32x/CD Combo NOT INCLUDED** Shipping factored in.
