shops Feathery lightweight French Kerchief that is soft and shimmery. This drop on garment is Reversible and has Adjustable Sizing. It has gorgeous drape. This French Kerchief can be worn in all seasons. It is wet felted with a Superfine Merino Wool fiber on one side and a Shiny Viscose fiber on the reverse. In between is a Gray Merino Yarn which creates the "lace" felted technique.
