This is a sota street fighter balrog action figure. The figure is in good condition. shops I bought the figure second hand and the left thigh swivel seems to be stuck. The seller I bought it from never said anything about it being broken, so I'm assuming it is not. The left leg still has full range of motion at the ball hinge though.
