The back states "PLT KG SUTTON, XENIA POST, UNIT 1120, 1970-1976". I looked up the post and it is still standing. I didnt look up the specific officer. It has a 5 barrel hinge. The bottom of the lighter states "Bradford" on the top shops left. ".
