Navy Velvet Cape with Hood Lined. shops

Navy blue velvet cape with hood. The shops velvet or velour has a stretch so drapes very nicely, it is lined with a red satin, fastened at the neckline with a brass hook and eye closure and measures approx 19" from the neckline down to the hem.
