shops "French River Sunrise #2" - Ontario's French River offers wonderful vistas and beautiful sunrises. On a 2018 canoe trip the sunrise was long and penetrating. The sun slowly rose colouring the sky and river in vibrant reds, oranges and yellows. Scenes like this can't help but reinforce one's love of canoeing in the wilderness. This original painting referenced a photo taken on this trip. The edges on this piece have been painted to allow hanging without a frame.
