House is in very good condition for age, however This item is vintage and has some signs of wear. There are a couple of marks inside on the floor and rug. The bell and sliding glass doors are intact and working. Lithos nice and not peeling. Fold down door/patio one clip has breakage but fits to close the house and carry along with the handle.
